Tips for Drinking Raw Milk
When you start drinking raw milk for the first time, start with a ¼ cup, slowly increasing day by day. This will help your body acclimate to the new beneficial microorganisms you’re introducing.
If you’re not skimming any cream off the top make sure you shake the jar each time you get it out to distribute the cream throughout the milk.
How do I Store Raw Milk
- Store milk in the back of the refrigerator and keep as cold as possible. The proper temperature for storage is 34-36 degrees. The colder you keep it the longer it will last.
- Do NOT store it in the door of the refrigerator. This will not keep it cold enough.
Pick Up Hours & Information
- Pick up hours are 7am – 5 pm
- We currently have a waiting list. If you have not been confirmed to pick up, or you need extra milk, please call or message us to confirm prior to taking milk.
- Each jar is labeled with the date and A is for AM and P is for PM milking. We have them sorted for each day and each pick up. Jars in back are for later pick up and stored out here for our convenience.
Please don’t mess up our system. - Please return your jars clean! Dirty, dried milk and moldy lids on a jar adds to our cleaning time.
